What are the modes of payment?

We accept all modes of payment: bank transfers, Card payments, e-wallets and UPI.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not offer worldwide shipping. We ship our products all across India.

Are there any shipping charges?

We do not levy any shipping charges for orders above INR

2000.

For all other orders, the standard shipping charge is INR

200.

How long will it take to receive my package?

All our shoes are made to order and handcrafted by artisans.

Any standard order takes appx. 5-7 business days to be shipped. 

Rest assured we try our best to deliver your order at the earliest.

What is your exchange policy?

Exchange is only applicable to unworn items within 15 days from the date of

delivery.

What if I receive a damaged product?

We try our best to maintain our product quality, still if in case you receive a damaged product, please report it to us via mail within 48 hrs to initiate an exchange.

What if I want to return a product?

Product returns are applicable only on unworn pieces within 15 days of the date of delivery. In case of returns, we issue a credit note to you that is equivalent to the product price and can be used on your next purchase.
